Collaborative investment: Our commitment to the Siete Cuencas Project in Panama

Siete cuencas (1)

Our work is deeply connected to the well-being of communities and the protection of ecosystems in the countries where we operate. Guided by this vision, we formalized our participation in the Siete Cuencas Project in Panama, an initiative led by Marea Verde and The Ocean Cleanup aimed at reducing the flow of solid waste into the Bay of Panama through the intervention of seven urban watersheds that drain into it.

The project combines engineering solutions designed to intercept waste before it reaches the ocean, along with educational initiatives and community-based actions focused on strengthening environmental awareness and protecting the marine environment. Its approach is grounded in a long-term vision that enables the ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and measurement of the impact generated across the territory.

Our participation in this initiative reaffirms the importance of building partnerships among organizations that share a commitment to driving sustainable transformation. Together with companies and allies from different sectors, we remain convinced that environmental challenges require shared capabilities, collaborative action, and decisions that create meaningful impact for communities and ecosystems.

At Invesmar, we understand that the health of territories and their natural resources is essential to sustainable development and to the social and economic resilience of countries. That is why we continue to support initiatives that promote a responsible balance between growth, well-being, and environmental regeneration.
